Explore authentic Albania on this 8-day tour, through wild mountains, waterfalls, traditional villages, and breathtaking panoramas. From Laç to the Rodon Peninsula, each stage combines hiking, local culture, and encounters with the locals. A tailor-made journey for lovers of nature, adventure, and authentic experiences.

Day 1 – Arrival at the airport and ascent to Laç.

Upon arrival at the airport, we will head towards Laç. We will climb the steps leading to Saint Anthony’s Church, a popular pilgrimage site, often compared to Lourdes in Albania. The panoramic view of the western landscape from this point is simply spectacular. Afterwards, we continue our journey to Vermoshi, the northernmost village in the country, often considered the roof of Albania. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.

Day 2 - Vermosh – Lepushe

After a hearty breakfast, we will leave Vermosh to begin our ascent to the summit of Greben. The reward will be a breathtaking view of the Troje massif. In the afternoon, we will descend to Lepushë, a place locals describe as “where you pin the map.” We will stay in a guesthouse for two nights.

Day 3 – Lepushë → Summit of Vajusha

After breakfast, we will set off for a hike to the Lepushë Waterfall, followed by a forest trail leading to the summit of Vajusha, reaching 2,100 meters at the border with Montenegro. For the more adventurous, an optional ascent to the summit of Popadia will be offered. A picnic with views of Grebaje National Park awaits us. In the afternoon, we will descend through the alpine meadows back to our guesthouse.

Day 4 - Lëpushë – Nikç

Today, we will explore the Berizhdoli Pass, with the magnificent Bjeshke e Nemuna massif as our backdrop. After one kilometer along the ridge, we will begin our descent toward the village of Nikçi, located deep in Albania. Upon arrival, we will visit the village church before settling into a traditional house for the night.

Day 5 - Nikç – Tarabosh – Lezhe

After breakfast, we will leave Nikç by van, crossing the enchanting gorges of the Cem River. We will descend to Shirokë, where we will begin a gradual ascent toward the summit of Taraboshi. We will walk along the ridge, enjoying fantastic views over Lake Shkodra, the largest in the Balkans. In the afternoon, we will head to Zadrima, where we will spend two nights in a guesthouse.

Day 6 - Zadrime – Mali Vela – Zadrime

We will start the day with a visit to Saint Euphemia Church, a cultural monument dear to the locals. Then, we will begin a hike to the summit of Vela, offering panoramic views of the Alps, the Lezha plain, and a large part of southern Albania. In the afternoon, we will visit a weaver in the village of Troshan.

Jour 7 - Zadrime – Cap de Rodon

We will take a minibus toward Albania’s largest peninsula, Rodon, where locals have transformed former bunkers into bars and restaurants. A pleasant trail will lead us to a medieval castle overlooking the sea, built by our national hero, Skanderbeg. The afternoon will be dedicated to relaxing on the beach.

Day 8 - Returning in France

After a final breakfast, we will prepare to leave Albania, taking with us unforgettable memories of this adventure.
