Relax in the thermal waters of Sarandoporo, explore the Karavasta lagoon with its Dalmatian pelicans, and finish your stay with a visit to the capital, Tirana. A tour combining nature, culture, gastronomy, and authenticity,designed for travelers seeking memorable experiences.

Day 1 – Arrival and journey to Përmet, the city of roses

Welcome at the airport, then depart towards Përmet, renowned for its roses, hospitality, and culinary traditions.

Depending on your arrival time, visit a small local cooperative specializing in the production of gliko (traditional candied fruits).

Check-in and overnight stay in Përmet.

Day 2 – Rafting on the Vjosa & immersion at Farma Sotira

After breakfast, set off for an unforgettable experience: rafting on the Vjosa, one of the last wild rivers in Europe. We will navigate approximately 9 km through a pristine natural landscape.

We will then follow the valley to Farma Sotira, a well-known ecological farm in southern Albania.

Explore the stables, meet the horses, and prepare for the horseback adventure the next day.

Overnight stay at the farm.

Day 3 – From Farma Sotira to Ogdunan – First day on horseback

Departure from the farm at 10:00 AM, with water and a packed lunch.

The first 7 kilometers will take us to the village of Vrepckë, then after another 11 km, we will have a lunch break of about one hour.

In the afternoon, we continue towards the village of Ogdunan, where we will spend the night at the Sterjo inn.

After settling the horses, a 4×4 vehicle will take us to the Benja thermal springs, famous for their mineral-rich waters and healing properties.

Return to the inn for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 – From Ogdunan to Çarshovë – Tradition and encounters

Morning departure from the Sterjo inn. Prepare the horses, then head towards Petran, passing through the villages of Kalush, Strembec, and other picturesque hamlets. Lunch en route.

We will then reach the village of Çarshovë, where a local family will welcome us to explore traditional architecture, the valley’s customs, and rural life.

Typical homemade dinner and overnight stay with the local family.

Day 5 – The thermal waters of Sarandoporo & nature exploration

We leave Çarshovë to reach the thermal waters of Sarandoporo, an exceptional site renowned for its medicinal properties, particularly for the skin and digestive system.

Approximately 4 hours of free time to enjoy the natural thermal pools.

We will also visit the Spider Cave, located near one of the largest thermal lakes in the world.

Overnight stay at the Sarandoporo villas.

Day 6 – Return to Farma Sotira & evening around the fire

After breakfast, we set off on horseback again towards Farma Sotira.

Coffee breaks and lunch are planned along the way.

Dinner at the farm, followed by a cozy evening around a campfire to share the highlights of the trek.

Day 7 – Karavasta Lagoon & Tirana

After breakfast, depart for the Karavasta Lagoon, the largest in Albania, famous for its biodiversity and home to the majestic Dalmatian pelican.

Climb the 360° panoramic tower for a spectacular view of the lagoon, then enjoy a boat ride to observe the birds: Dalmatian pelican, little egret, cormorants, wild ducks, and more.

Time permitting, enjoy a tasting of local wines at Albania’s largest winery, Kantina Skënderbeu.

Return to Tirana for the night, with dinner at a traditional restaurant.

Day 8 – Tirana & Departure

Breakfast, free time at Pazari i Ri, then transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.
