Discover Albania & Montenegro 10-day tour between the Adriatic Sea and the Albanian Alps. From Tirana to Kotor (UNESCO), explore Ulcinj, Budva, Lake Skadar, Vermosh, and Krujë.

Day 1 – Arrival in Albania

Arrival at Rinas Airport (Tirana).

Transfer to Kune-Vain Lagoon, a natural reserve near Lezhë and the first protected area in Albania.

Check-in with a local host and discover the local culture.

Walk through the Kune-Vain Lagoon, enjoy birdwatching, and watch the sunset over the Adriatic Sea.

Traditional Albanian dinner.

Day 2 – Discover the Zadrima Region

Local breakfast.

Visit the Lezhe Castle, the Ethnographic Museum, and the memorial of our national hero.

Exploration of Zadrima, a rural region renowned for its craftsmanship and authentic landscapes.

Meeting and visit to several workshops of local artisans in the village of Fishta.

Lunch at Mrizi i Zanave, the most well-known agritourism restaurant in the region.

Overnight stay in Zadrima.

Day 3 – Heading to Montenegro – Ulcinj

Early departure for Ulcinj, Montenegro.

Exploration of the old town of Ulcinj, influenced by Ottoman and Venetian history.

Beach time at Velika Plaža, the largest sandy beach in Montenegro.

Dinner by the sea and overnight stay in Ulcinj.

Day 4 – Scenic drive to Budva

Departure from Ulcinj and drive along the Montenegrin coast.

Stops in Petrovac and Sveti Stefan, an iconic island of Montenegro.

Arrival in Budva, check-in and exploration of the old town.

Overnight stay in Budva.

Day 5 – Budva – Kotor – Budva

Departure for Kotor, a UNESCO-listed city.

Visit of the city walls and climb to the Fortress of Saint John for a breathtaking view over the bay.

Stroll through the old town and visit to the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon.

Return to Budva via the Bay of Kotor, a scenic route offering spectacular views over the bay.

Day 6 – Budva – Virpazar (Lake Skadar)

Departure for Virpazar, on the shores of Lake Skadar.

Boat trip on the largest lake in the Balkans, with birdwatching and discovery of the local fauna and flora.

Jour 7 - Virpazar – Podgorica

Arrival in Vermosh, the northernmost village in Albania, also known by locals as the
“roof of the country.”

Check-in at a guesthouse for one night.

Day 9 - Vermosh – Krujë

Departure for Krujë, a historic Albanian city.

Visit to Krujë Castle (Skanderbeg’s Castle), the Ottoman bazaar, and the Ethnographic Museum.

Free time to shop for local handicrafts.

Dinner and overnight stay in Krujë.

Day 10 – End of the trip – Return to the airport

Breakfast in Krujë.

Transfer to Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza (Rinas, Tirana).

End of the trip.
